Create the perfect little gingerbread houses to eat on their own, enjoy with a coffee, or turn into holiday decor or ornament.

These little gingerbreads are the perfect Holiday treat. They look great in your home, or make great gifts for family and friends.
How To Make Them:
I purchased the gingerbread cookie cutters on Amazon for only $13. If you're not wanting to order cookie cutters you can draw your template yourself on paper, place it on your gingerbread and cut out using a knife.
The gingerbread recipe I used is from Sally's Baking Addiction
The icing recipe I used is from Martha Stewart
Tips & Tricks:
I found baking the gingerbread at 10 minutes at 350°F worked perfectly for me!
I didn't roll my dough too thin, because when eating you still want a big thick piece to taste.
Instead of assembling the houses with icing, I heard of a trick where you melt white sugar on the stove until it becomes liquid. Then I dipped the pieces into the liquid and assembled the pieces. It works like glue!! Way easier than assembling with icing.
Enjoy baking these delicious Christmas treats!
