I've always loved Valentine's Day - for literally as long as I can remember. I love everything hearts, pink and red, decor, and giving a little reminder to those you love that you're thinking of them.
I was scrolling through Instagram and came across a super easy heart pompom wreath that I knew I just had to try - and you should too! It's super easy, super affordable, super cute, and something to do during lockdown here in Canada :)
What You'll Need:
Wreath template
Yarn - as many colours and whichever colours you'd like
Scissors
Pom Pom maker (not required, can be done without)
I found this heart wire wreath template from Dollar Tree for only $1.25! This is what you need as the base for your pompom wreath
Now it's time to start making those pompoms! I began just wrapping the yarn around my hand, but then I caved and ended up getting a cheap pompom maker.
Here's a video on how how to make a pompom using your hand. *Start the video around the 40 sec mark

Once you've made enough pompoms, lay them loose on your heart template to get a layout you're happy with. Then, begin tying the poms to your wreath.
TA DA!! A beautiful wreath to hang anywhere in your home.
Where to buy these products:
Wire wreath - Dollar Tree
Pom Pom Maker - Michaels (they always have coupons available which makes this cheaper - and they're offering curb-side pickup)
Yarn - Michaels and Walmart
To give these a little sparkle, I ordered Scrubby Sparkle Yarn from Amazon in colour Marshmallow
Happy Pom Pom making :)
